• visit diffusedrive.com or any page that links to this Policy (“Site”);
• submit the demo‑signup form; or
• interact with us by email, phone or events that reference this Policy.
If you disagree with the practices set out here, do not use the Site or provide personal information.

• Email address – when you request a demo or correspondence.
B. Information collected automatically
• Device identifiers (IP address, browser type, OS).
• Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page).
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Section 8).
We do **not** knowingly collect sensitive personal information or information from children under 18.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We process personal information:
• To register and schedule product demonstrations.
• To send transactional or administrative messages (confirmations, updates, policy changes).
• To respond to inquiries or support requests.
• To improve Site performance, security and user experience (analytics).
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud or abuse.
• To satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.
Use for additional purposes will occur only with your consent.
5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EEA/UK)

We do not sell or “share”* personal information for cross‑context behavioural advertising.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
8. COOKIES & TRACKING
The Site uses first‑party and third‑party cookies for essential functions and aggregated analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect Site functionality. We do not respond to browser “Do‑Not‑Track” signals.
9. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Demo‑signup emails are retained until either (a) you withdraw consent or (b) twelve (12) months after your last interaction, whichever is earlier, then securely deleted or anonymised.

We employ administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls and periodic security reviews. No internet transmission is ever 100 % secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
• Access or obtain a copy of your information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Port data to another service.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local data‑protection authority.
California residents have additional rights under the CPRA (access, deletion, correction, opt‑out of selling/sharing, limit use of sensitive data). To exercise any rights, email privacy@diffusedrive.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time period required by applicable law.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site or via email.
